Real ONE International was founded in November 2004. Our core business lies in
Project Consultancy and Marketing. With a pioneer team of Project Specialists, we
have marketed some of Singapore's most reputable developments, ranging from high
end D9, 10 & 11, to the popular boutique developments in D14, 15 & 16, with the
promise of coastal living.
We provide developers on layout, design and concept, the changes in market trends, pricing and marketing consultancy as well as project sales.
We train our associates in product knowledge, show flat delivery and presentation skills. We also provide legal and financial support through on-going seminars and talks with approved panel of lawyers and bankers. Our associates have to undergo our inhouse 'Project Marketing Course', attend on-site training and handle deals under close supervision before they are permitted to attend to customers independently in the show-flat or sales gallery.
To ensure regular feedback of sales momentum and market response, our developers are given weekly reports promptly every Monday morning to help formulate new marketing strategies to address the changing needs of purchasers owing to changing market conditions.
At Real ONE International, we regard every industry player as a team member from management, associates, bankers, lawyers, customers, developers and last but not least our fellow co-brokers. We ensure an effective external co-brokering system island wide through pre-launch email, 'sms' blasts and site-briefing and assist them in attending to the purchasers.
We take pride that the speed and momentum in which we can move the project sales is primarily due to the synergy, team work and diligent cohort of associates we have managed.These qualities allow us to achieve a brand name for the level of quality service and professionalism. Our directors are always physically present at the showflat, sales gallery or customer's house, no matter how late, to ensure a smooth deal. This is our promise to all our developers.
