Central Park Cairns
Overview
HS Vision Groups’ innovative Property Development ‘Central Park Cairns’ is the first master-planned residential, tourism and commercial precinct in the Central Business District.
Originally Cairns railway yards, this unique 3.5 hectare CBD site is ideally positioned on Spence Street between Cairns Convention Centre, Cairns Central Shopping centre and the new Civic Theatre and Cultural precinct.
With an end value of approximately $340 million, ‘Central Park Cairns’ will comprise 2 office buildings, 4 residential towers, retail precinct and a 250 room hotel.
Hotel and Retail Precinct
The first stage to be released for sale to investors is the strata-titled hotel development.
To be sold as a commercial style investment, the apartments will be offered with a long term leaseback yet to be finalized. Final plans and investment details will be available in January 2007.
A VIP release is due in February 2007 with the first offering to past clients, company staff and associated personnel.
A general market release is due in March 2007.
Residential Tower 1
The first residential tower will contain approximately 81 apartments with a choice of 75m2 1 bedroom apartments, 110m2-115m2 2 bedroom apartments and top floor 3 bedroom penthouses with water views.
A general market release for this building is due in March 2007.
