Property Management
Another key service and pint of difference of the HS Vision Group is the ongoing property management of all projects developed.

HS Vision Group is the largest property manager in Cairns, managing more than 1000 residential, tourism and commercial properties allowing it to offer a level of service and knowledge that's unmatched in the market.

Testament to the Group’s level of customer care is that more than 70 past customers bought an apartment in the first release of the Cairns One project.
Project Management
HS Vision Group’s Construction and Maintenance Division provides a number of services that ensure the highest level of property construction and maintenance.
The first stage of management us focused on value for money. With our Design team procuring many materials direct from overseas sources, HS Vision Group can provide a level of finish and quality that is beyond expectation for the price paid.
That is followed by strict supervision to ensure the latest construction methods are implemented throughout, from efficient engineering practices to cutting edge architectural design. This control ensures all tradesmen and sub-contractors are focused on creating superior quality products consistent with HS Vision Group’s high standards.
Our final management stage is the handover at settlement to our Property Management Division. Our quality assurance team conducts three levels of checking of the finished building before occupation. Third party contractors are also engaged to independently assess the quality of the finished product.
Property Maintenance
Our construction and maintenance division is responsible for the ongoing upkeep of all HS Vision projects. Our in-house maintenance team covers all major trades including painting, plumbing, electrical and air-conditioning, ensuring any problems are fixed in a timely and cost effective manner.
Tenants are encourage to report maintenance issues immediately so any matter can be addressed and rectified as soon as possible.
This division’s final service is the ongoing upkeep of all grounds and facilities under the caretaking management agreements retained by the HS Vision Group. This ensures immaculate presentation while also providing value for money and reduced costs to the Body Corporate of ach project.
This ongoing commitment to the maintenance of all projects ensures the value of customers’ assets is protected and enhanced long-term. It is a strong component of our relationship building process.
Foreign Investment
Cairns is now Australia’s second most popular destination for overseas visitors, contributing to a dramatically increased demand for Cairns property among foreign investors.
HS Vision Group has had many years experience selling to, and managing properties for, overseas customers and is fully conversant with the processes involved.
To assist overseas customers, HS Vision Group offers professional accountancy and taxation advice through CEO Rose-Marie Dash, who operates her own Chartered Accountancy Practice.
HS Vision Group has also established a network of Cairns professionals who provide specialist legal, finance and migration advice for overseas customers.
Regular Reporting
The Customer Care Division’s ongoing service includes consistent and regular updates to customers on all factors relating to their property purchase.
A program of regular updates includes contract status, construction milestones and settlement notification, as construction moves towards completion.
Regular newsletters keep customers abreast of market conditions, trends, movement in values, details of general HS Vision Group activities, and new projects.
Information is also readily available about rental appraisals and market valuations (for re-financing or accounting purposes).
Re-sale
The ultimate service and security offered to customers is that one of Cairns’ longest established and most respected real estate agencies, Ray White Cairns Region (owned by HS Vision Group), takes responsibility for the re-sale of the property if required.
The quality of this service is second to none and as the original developer and property manager, the Group has intimate knowledge of the property and accordingly has the expertise to achieve maximum re-sale prices.
